Like many Toronto Lofts Arch Lofts has had many different uses prior to the building’s current use as residential lofts. Arch Lofts was originally constructed as a Methodist church and a Seventh Day Adventist church. This is still apparent from the exterior of the building. Arch Lofts is comprised of two structures. The first being the original church with gorgeous red brick masonry, a large turret, and plenty of large black trimmed windows. The second structure is a new construction of a low-rise building. The new addition was made to match the original red brick found on the church structure. The low-rise features tons of paneled windows as well as multiple balconies. Arch Lofts is home to 26 units ranging from 550 to 1,200 square feet. The units found in the original church have more historical charm and feature some historical elements. While the units in the addition have a more modern feel to them. Regardless each unit has beautifully designed kitchens, hardwood flooring, and tons of natural light. Arch Lofts is located in the centre of Junction Triangle a lesser-known neighbourhood that has tons to offer. Surrounded by major streets like Bloor and Dundas Arch Lofts residents have an abundance of good food and drinks to enjoy. There are also tons of greenspaces nearby like Campbell Park as well as High Park also being within walking distance. The area also makes travel inside and outside of the city easy. Just south on Bloor there is the Bloor subway line to move within the city and the Bloor GO station to quickly bring riders outside of the city. The location is also great for car drivers the Gardiner Expressway can be accessed easily. Additionally, there are major roads like Dupont that can make car travel within in the city easy.
