Building Description

Elison is a gorgeous conversion in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Vancouver. The building was originally constructed in 1928 and is now home to 27 units across its six storeys. The exterior has remained mostly unchanged with the white-painted masonry towering over the street and large windows dotted across the front of the building. The interiors of Elison are just as beautiful as the exterior. Modern finishes are found throughout the building such as hardwood flooring and stainless-steel appliances. The units feel spacious and bright thanks to the large windows flooding the eleven-foot ceiling units with tons of natural light. Fully modernized bathrooms with gorgeous glass showers and elegant tiling complete the modern feel of the units. Elison’s location in Yaletown is another major selling point. This area is surrounded by converted historical buildings including other Vancouver Lofts. The area has attracted tons of culture in the past decades with tons of art galleries dotted all around the neighbourhood. There are also tons of great restaurants and shops to keep residents at Elison occupied. Greenspaces and the ocean are also nearby, great parks like David Lam Park and George Wainborn Park. A little further away is the famous Stanley Park, one of the must-sees for anyone in the Vancouver area. The area is also great for all transportation needs. Walking and biking are great options with most necessities nearby and bike paths along the waterfront. The Yaletown-Roundhouse station is also a few minutes walk away. For those who need to drive to work, Highway 99 is a few minutes drive away.
