Building Description
Terminus is a quaint and beautifully designed loft building in the heart of Gastown. The exterior of the building is unlike any other Vancouver Lofts. The front façade and the windows found on said façade have all been restored to its original beauty. The white façade with dark wood detailing provides an architectural beauty that is hard to replicate. As well as restoring the heritage building the top two stories are a completely new build. The new building is predominantly glass, akin to the condo buildings found around the Vancouver area. Terminus is home to 45 units across its seven stories, ranging from 620 to 1620 square feet. Units in both the original building and the new building have been designed to satisfy modern tastes. Gorgeous kitchens feature plenty of white cabinetry and sleek designs. The units are all designed with an open concept, this paired with the use of bright colours emphasizes the natural light in each unit. Located in the heart of Gastown Terminus couldn’t be situated any better. The area is known for its award-winning restaurants, classy shops and charming cafes. Gastown is full of other historical buildings that have been converted into modern use. This creates a unique environment unlike any other neighbourhood in Vancouver. The ocean and CRAB Park at Portside are only steps away from Terminus. There are plenty of bus stops and Waterfront Station is a short walk away. For car drivers, East Hasting Street and Main Street are great options to get around the city.
